Supporting Our Local Communities

Since 2017 InfoWest has given away over 2,000 backpacks to local school kids. The tradition started in Moapa Valley, and now the School Is Cool backpack giveaway has grown to include Richfield, Cedar City, and St. George, Utah.

Each summer InfoWest hosts a free STEM camp for children 8-12. During the one-day camp, kids her from a variety of presenters and hands-on activities. From stop motion animation, animation, hydraulics, and learning about networks, kids get to experience the exciting world of STEM. In 2023 we doubled the amount of spots to provide an even greater service to our community.

The STEM scholarship from InfoWest helped me pursue my dreams. I’m honored to now be working at InfoWest and am grateful to give back after InfoWest gave me so much.
