Welcome to a haven of peace where women with unsaved husbands may interact with one another and find acceptance, encouragement, refreshment, and support in Christ Jesus, no matter what their Christian denomination may happen to be.

We pray together, laugh together, cry together, and share our experiences. We study God´s Word about becoming an excellent wife, and leave our husbands in the hands of the Holy Spirit.....the Hound of Heaven!

"Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation [lifestyle] of the wives; While they behold [SEE] your chaste conversation [lifestyle] coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, [inner person] in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.” 1 Peter 3:1-4

WON WITHOUT A WORD was founded by Melissa Bokop in September of 1998, as an off-shoot of her Sister2Sister ministry [now defunct], and had an initial membership of approximately 32 women. WON WITHOUT A WORD has now grown to include membership worldwide, with members in Australia, New Zealand, Nairobi, Canada, Hawaii, Barbados, and throughout mainland U.S.A.

Melissa passed the baton to Melody in December 1998, at which time other members were solicited to come on board as staff and they post various messages on a daily basis. Membership now includes women representative of assorted Christian denominations who have a common bond: our unsaved beloved husbands (bhs).

Ours is a unique group of ladies, in a unique position: that of being a missionary on our own soil, in our own homes - perhaps the toughest missionary field ever worked in the history of mankind. Therefore we strive to instill in all our members the teachings of 1 Peter 3:1-4 and 1 Corinthians 13, so we can be walking examples of a Christ-like lifestyle, winning our husbands to Jesus.....without a word.

WON WITHOUT A WORD is a ministry unto its membership. Leaders and staff serve as volunteers in their respective capacities at the pleasure and calling of the Lord and invitation of leadership, receiving absolutely no monetary remuneration for this privilege.

MEN WITH UNSAVED WIVES

MenWithUnsavedWives prayer support group was created in May 2003 to encourage Christian men who are married to unsaved wives. Please feel free to join if you need support and prayer, or would like to offer encouragement to others regarding being married to an unbeliever. There are many reasons for being in this situation. You may have married knowing that your wife was not a believer, or you became a believer while married, or your wife seems to have left the faith, or you are even thinking about marrying someone and are wondering about their belief and commitment to God. They support a constructive dialog between members, with an exchange of ideas that would foster a closer relationship with God and with their wives.
