Chapter 26. Repealer; Savings Clause;
Continuation of Prior Ordinances
26.2
The amendment of all zoning ordinances heretofore enacted by the Town of Rockville
shall not:
The provisions of this ordinance insofar as they are the same or substantially
the same as any prior ordinances shall be construed as a continuation of the
prior ordinance.
SEVERABILITY. If any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, or section of this
Code shall be declared unlawful by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
decision shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences,
paragraphs, and sections of this Code.
26.5 EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective February 17, 1999.
Councilmember Bernie Harris made a motion seconded by Councilmember Megan Honer-Orton to adopt this Land Use Code of the Town of Rockville, Utah. The Ordinance was PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February 1999 by the following vote:
