Share Transfer Procedure
There is a $20.00 transfer fee
Submit the Share Certificate with the shareholder's signature on the back indicating a desire to transfer the share. Supply the name exactly as it is to be written on the new certificate as well as mailing address and phone number of the new shareholder.
