I don't have any money, how can I help?

You can be very valuable to rescue in other ways. By checking out the bird's situation, if she is in your area. By letting us know of a bird that is in need of rescue assistance or just by ordering Noah's Kingdom bird food form this site, where a percentage of all orders goes towards assisting avian rescue.

How do I know the money that I donate goes for rescue efforts?

All donations should be made out to Forest Gnome Fund and will be deposited into the trust fund at the bank for rescue assistance only. We will be giving details about any rescue AFTER the bird has safely been removed from the hazardous situation and is safe. By joining our rescue list

Why is it necessary for other vets to consult with Dr. Brian Speer DVM, before Forest Gnome Fund will help?

Many times a rescue will take place and due to the absence of a Certified Avian Vet nearby, the diagnosis or treatment is incorrect. With consultation fees paid by Forest Gnome Fund, we are assured, in our opinion, that the rescue is getting the best diagnosis and treatment possible.

Why was the Forest Gnome Fund formed?

Every bird deserves to have clean fresh water, medical attention if needed, be fed a balanced diet and have her emotional needs met. This is our contribution to this quest.
