Internet Sites

Internet Sites

There are many Internet sites which can be helpful to both novice as well as experienced speakers. Several members of the Dixie Tub Thumpers Toastmaster Club have expended many hours researching the Internet looking for places where valuable information, checklists, articles, books and articles may be found which can help you to become a better speaker.

Although we as members of Toastmasters International feel that there is no better way to improve your speaking, listening and thinking skills than by joining a Toastmasters Club where you live, we continue to monitor the Internet for valuable sites to help us all become better communicators. The result of our many hours of past research are detailed below. We hope that you will find them to be as useful as we believe them to be. If you are aware of other sites that you believe are good ones that we should list below, please e-mail those suggestions as well as corrections and comments about this site to us at dixietubs@sginet.com.

While you may find several of these sites helpful, we certainly encourage you to consider joining Toastmasters, unless, of course, you are already the best speaker you can or want to be.
