THE STAFF
	Office Manager: Denise Ireland Hello, my name is Denise Ireland and I am the office manager of the Foot & Ankle Institute. I will make sure that your overall visit with us is as comfortable and efficient as possible. If you can't get your questions answered by our great staff, I will be there to help. I am familiar with most insurance companies and their requirements, so be rest assured your account will be handled correctly. One of my favorite tasks I do is review pre-operative information with our surgery patients. I will make sure you will know what to expect from your surgery and how much if any you are responsible for. I have been with Dr. Reber & Burton for 3 years and couldn't recommend two better podiatrists then these two gentlemen.
	Receptionist: Susan Lloyd Hi, my name is Susan Lloyd and I'm here to assist you in making appointments, billing your insurance and finding answers to any foot questions you may have. I enjoy the pleasant personalities of Dr. Reber, Dr. Smith, and Dr. Burton and I know they can help your feet feel better.
	Receptionist: Michelle Willard Hi, I'm Michelle Willard. When you come into see our doctors I'm here to help you with any questions you might have. We want to make your visit here as pleasant as possible. In the office, I help with a variety of jobs. Some are as follows - greeting the patients, setting up appointments and most important making our patients happy!
	Billings: Sandee McArthur Hi, I'm Sandee McArthur and when you come to see us, I'm the one who makes sure your insurance payments get applied to your account accurately and efficiently. I also prepare surgery patients' hearts for surgery. When you owe us money, I'll send you a statement.
	Doctor Assistant: Marilyn Roundy Hi, I'm Marilyn and I've been with Foot & Ankle Institute for 3 years. I assist the doctors in the treatment rooms, so I will have you come back to a room and get you comfortable. I will bring your name up on the computer and make sure we are current and correct with information on you. I am a licensed Radiology Practical Technician and will be taking the X-rays, assisting in minor surgery, routine care of the feet and holding you hand if needed.
	Doctor Assistant: Lorraine Roberts Hi, I'm Lorraine and I assist the doctors in the treatment rooms.
