Wiring / Connecting Cables

To begin, you will need a high-quality phone cord (no bends or cuts). The cord must be connected directly from the wall jack to the DSL modem.

Modem Setup

There are several types of modems that can be used with our DSL service.  (See examples below). The setup instructions are organized by modem type.

General Settings

Regardless of which DSL modem you use, certain settings apply universally.  See below:

1. All of our connections are PPPoA or Point-to-point over ATM
2. Your username and password have to be coordinated through us.

TCP/IP Setup

The TCP/IP Setup of your DSL will depend on the type of modem you are using.
