What is a "Home Page" and how do I choose one?

  1. Click on the menu called "Edit" then click "Preferences".
  2. When the Preferences window comes up, click the "Navigator" option on the left side of that window.
  3. On the right hand window, in the section entitled "Home Page" you can type an Internet address in the line provided, like www.yahoo.com or www.southernutah.com.
  4. Click "OK" at the bottom and whatever you typed in will be the Home Page whenever you open Netscape.
