"Light weight, Clean Interface and Stable with Vista"
Pros: Pass Matousec Firewall Challenge with Flying Colors
Cons: None but perhaps a slight improvement on Keylogging test.
Summary: For a freeware personal firewall, this is an excellent choice over Comodo which is good but in my view rather heavy for a basic use. PC Tools Firewall Plus Free Edition offers the novice user a cluster free and simple to understand GUI.

Pros: I can't say i found any
Cons: Locked up when i tried to install it after getting it installed i tried to play World of Warcraft and it locked up again . Tried once more went in and set WoW to do anything it wanted still locked up .Hard resets are very hard on one's computer .
Summary: It really looks like a Zonealarm knock off problem is it works way worse . Having to pull your power cord just to shutoff your computer is a great way to trash your harddrive , But this program will lock your computer up that bad .

"BAD BAD BAD WILL make other programs CRASH"
Pros: it dose do what its is sposs to do catches everything.
Cons: know this sounds weird it was to me but theres a problem with this app and nvidia graphics cards. this app would make frostwire and all divix codec to crash steam wouldent lunch any games
Summary: this is junky idk why it would do something like this to a peace of hardware runing intel onboard video was good and smooth no hickups and also ati cards fine BUT if your using nvida dont download this

Pros: Unlike Comodo Firewall this offers a simple, clean and effective firewall and it does remember your choices. It also doesn't ask permission for every single part of an installation that Comodo does. No problems with internet connection either.
Cons: Had to reboot twice after installation before everything worked perfectly.
Summary: Nice, simple and effective.
