Additional Information

InfoWest Wireless requires a 1 year contract for service. If you live in an apartment, condo complex, or HOA neighborhood, InfoWest requires a permission form for the installation of hardware on the home, signed by the landlord or HOA.  All fixed wireless equipment, antennas and mounting devices and cable modems remain InfoWest property.

InfoWest offers both Licensed Broadband Radio Service and Unlicensed 5.8Ghz Trango service.  To learn more about these two options, see this page .  We will help you choose the best technology for your use, location and preferences.

Installation to outlying areas may require an additional fee.  

1.   Basic 256k wireless is available in both licensed and unlicensed wireless bands.  Licensed speed: 256k download, 100k upload, with extra dedicated bandwidth for one Voice-over-IP connection.  Unlicensed: 256k download and upload.

2.  1.5M Burstable wireless is available in both licensed and unlicensed wireless bands. Licensed speed: 256k download burstable to 1.5 megabit, 100k upload, with extra dedicated bandwidth for one Voice-over-IP connection.  Unlicensed: 1.5 megabit burstable download, 512k upload.

3. 3M Burstable wireless is available in both licensed and unlicensed wireless bands. Licensed speed: 256k download burstable to 3 megabit, 100k upload, with extra dedicated bandwidth for one Voice-over-IP connection. Unlicensed: 3 megabit burstable download, 768k upload.
