Wireless Expands to Veyo, Dammeron, Central
InfoWest is pleased to announce that their high speed licensed wireless service is now available along much of state route 18, as well as expanded areas of Ivins, Santa Clara, Diamond Valley and St. George.
The newly expanded service is broadcast from high atop West Mountain Peak near the Arizona/Utah border. With download speeds up to 3 megabits per second, bandwidth on demand for VOIP, and highly reliable licensed frequencies, InfoWest is continuing its push into under-served areas of Southern Utah.
After a year of aggressive expansion of their 5.8ghz high-speed wireless services, InfoWest is starting the new year by opening up more areas of Southern Utah with their reliable licensed, high speed services.
Plans for further expansion are underway, and existing networks are being improved with higher-speed Internet uplinks , and fiber optic backbones.
Easier to order
InfoWest has made ordering their wireless service easier. The new InfoWest Interactive Coverage maps allow customers to zoom right in on their home to find out what InfoWest wireless services are available for them. The new maps can be accessed from the InfoWest web site at
