Help Wanted: Technical Support
InfoWest is now looking a full-time support technician in St. George.
This position is for the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Helping customers troubleshoot their internet connections over the phone.
- Repairing problems that impede internet use on customers computers in-office and in-home.
- Taking orders for new service from new and existing customers.
- Helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date support information on the InfoWest.com website.
Job requirements are:
- 3 or more years of computer troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent person skills.
- A willingness and passion to learn new skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- HTML experience is a plus.
- Cisco router and Unix experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish as well as English is also a plus.
