Over the Thanksgiving Weekend there was an outage affecting all services in New Harmony and Kanarraville Utah.

One of our back-haul links on our broadcasting tower was interrupted.

We worked on a variety of solutions and were able to restore service completely on Saturday afternoon.

UPDATE:  Service went down again Saturday evening and was completely down Sunday November 30, 2008.  Service was restored Monday by noon and faulty equipment was replaced.

We are also planning to add equipment to prevent this type of outage in the future in the coming week.  We have technicians on site currently.

Service credits will be issued soon.  We will contact affected customers with details.
