This Internet filtering service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer assumes total responsibility for their use of Internet services in general. InfoWest, Inc. ("InfoWest") is not responsible for material or content you may request or receive through this service that may be considered objectionable. InfoWest specifically disclaims any warranty related to the performance of the Internet service. InfoWest  is not responsible for any loss the Customer may suffer as a result of using this service.  This includes, but not limited to, loss resulting from delays, improper or incomplete delivery of information, possible "computer viruses," "junk emails," "cookies" or interruption of service, regardless of cause. InfoWest will not be liable to Customers for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or any incidental or consequential damages, arising out of access to, or the inability to gain access to this service.
